One to One physiotherapy session: A detailed history will be taken by a thorough physiotherapy assessment. As we focus on manual therapy, the treatment will involve hands on tailored therapy that is related to the physiotherapist’s finding.

Dry Needling/Acupuncture: Dry Needling involves multiple advances of a fine filament needle into the muscle in the region of a “Trigger Point’. The aim of Dry Needling is to achieve a local twitch response to release muscle tension and pain.
